SEC.463. OFFICIALS OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT. THERE SHALL BE IN EACH PROVINCE A GOVERNOR, A VICE GOVERNOR, MEMBERS OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN, A SECRETARY TO THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN, A PROVINCIAL TREASURER, PROVINCIAL ASSESSORS, A PROVINCIAL ACCOUNTANT, PROVINCIAL TREASURER, PROVINCIAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR, PROVINCIAL ENGINEER, PROVINCIAL LEGAL OFFICER, PROVINCIAL HUMAN RESOURCE AND MANAGEMENT, PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATION, PROVINCIAL GENERAL SERVICES OFFICER AND PROVINCIAL AGRICULTURAL.

Mandates

  1. THE PROVINCIAL BUDGET OFFICE IS MANDATED TO PROMOTE SOUND, EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT AND UTILIZATION OF GOVERNMENT RESOURCES AS IN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF SOCIOECONOMIC AND POLITICAL DEVELOPMENT GOALS.
  2. REVIEW AND CONSOLIDATE BUDGET PROPOSALS OF DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICES THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT.
  3. ASSIST THE LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE IN THE PREPARATION OF THE ANNUAL AND SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET.
  4. ACT AS THE MEMBER OF THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE.
